The ChronX Protocol is governed by a set of immutable Promise Axioms encoded in the genesis block. These Axioms define the fundamental rules of the protocol and cannot be changed, amended, or overridden by any party, including ChronX Protocol Foundation.

Additional governance rules apply to all users and all promises. They supplement but never contradict the immutable Promise Axioms. In the event of any conflict, the Promise Axioms prevail.

KX tokens are not securities, shares, or investment contracts. They are cryptographic protocol tokens used to make and receive promises on the ChronX network. No return, yield, or profit is guaranteed or implied.
Users are solely responsible for securing their private keys, seed phrases, and wallet access. ChronX cannot recover lost keys or reverse confirmed transactions.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ChronX. By using the protocol, you represent that you are not subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where use of cryptographic tokens is prohibited.
ChronX Protocol Foundation may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the wallet notification system and published on this page. Continued use of ChronX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
